1 - Main Body
The skeleton of the rack is :
2 - Plexy Door
The door is Surface mounted with a 200° opening.
The transparent Plexy helps you monitor the inside of the rack
Standard lock with 2 keys are delivered with the door.
A press weld stud earth kit is available on the right bottom of every door

3 - Top Cover
A top cover is available with some ventilation and a gland opening plate .
4 - Gland Opening Plate.
Situated at the rear of the top cover to accommodate easy cabling
5 - Fan Box.
The fan box could be place at the top of the rack , under the top cover. It is prepared to embody 4 fans of 12 cm diameter each.
It also has a knot out opening plate at the back side.

6 - Fans.
Usually racks are requested with 2 or 4 fans of 12cm diameter each. Fans are used to evacuated hot air from inside the rack in order to keep the inside climate fresh.
7 - Side Panels.
Side panels are available in two height. 12 U and 18 U.
If requested we could make special "one piece" side panel.
Side panels are easily mountable and removable with 2 click locks for each part.
( e.g.: 30 U rack requires 1 piece 12 U and 1 piece 18 U for each side)

8 - Back Panel.
The back panel is the same as the side panel but in some cases

9 - Wheel Set / Leveling Feet Set.
Our rack could be supplied with a 6 cm wheel set ( two back wheels without lock and two front wheels with lock ), or with a leveling feet set.
10 - Shelves.
A-Vented shelves: mountable inside the rack on the vertical profiles. Vented shelves are fix.
B - Telescopic shelves could be pulled out of the rack ( drawers )
C - 1 U shelf is mountable only on the front vertical profiles .
D - We have two side corners for special items that require bottomless base.

11 - Power Outlets.
We have two types of power outlets.
6 outlets and 8 outlets with On/Off switch.

12 - Cable Trays
Here we have two kinds of cable trays.
A- Vertical cable trays are to be put at the inside back side of the rack, they are perforated in a way that you can easily manage your cables.
B - Horizontal cable trays ( with cover ) could be mounted anywhere on the vertical profiles.

13 - Blanking Panels.
The range of blanking panels vary from 1 U to 5 U
Upon request we make 1/4 U to 48 U blanking panels passing through perforated ( for ventilation ) blanking panels.

14 - Mounting Panels.
Upon request we make special mounting plates for DMX, Audio,Video, Data, Telephone, Power...
15 - Stabilizing Bracket.
Some customers ask for a stabilizing bracket in cases of high weight load.
16 - Bottom Cover
Bottom cover are available for our rack when put in a non clean place. ( dust - rats... )
